Vehicle Inspection
- Vehicles that require vehicle inspection must receive a national government system inspection (Light vehicles must be inspected by the Light Vehicle Inspection Association).

- Re-inspection
This inspection is for passenger vehicles that are to be used by a new owner. This type also includes used cars without number plates.
- Periodic inspections
When the period of validity for the Vehicle Inspection Certificate runs out, if the vehicle is to be used for a longer period, the vehicle must be re-inspected.
- Vehicle inspections related to modifications of the vehicle
If the vehicle has been modified in a manner that changes its length, width and maximum permissible load, it must be re-inspected.

- Carrying Out Vehicle Inspections and Maintenance
- The law prohibits the use of motor vehicles that do not meet the safety and pollution standards.
In order to keep all vehicles in good running condition, the user is responsible for having his vehicle inspected periodically.
