- If a person wishing to use an unregistered passenger vehicle, he must request a vehicle inspection and present the car for inspection.
The application for a re-inspection of a passenger vehicle must be carried out simultaneously with the registration of the vehicle. However, for standard new vehicles, the maker of the vehicle will provide the vehicle inspection certificate (no older than 9 months) so that the car itself does not have to be presented for inspection.
